1. General Refund Policy
Noir Point Agency Dubai operates on a commission-based model for talent
representation. We do not charge upfront fees for model representation
services. However, this refund policy applies to any services, fees, or
charges that may be incurred through our agency.

2. Services Covered by This Policy
This refund policy applies to the following services and fees:
- Portfolio development services (if contracted separately)
- Professional photography sessions arranged through the agency
- Training and workshop fees
- Event participation fees

3. Model Representation Services
3.1 No Upfront Fees
We do not charge models any upfront fees for representation services.
Our agency operates exclusively on a commission basis, receiving payment
only when our represented models secure paid work.
3.2 Commission-Based Model
The agency receives commission on bookings according to the terms
specified in individual representation agreements. Commission is
non-refundable as it compensates for:
- Marketing and promotion of talent
- Negotiation with clients
- Contract management
- Career development and guidance
- Administrative services
4. Client Booking Cancellations
4.1 Cancellation by Client
If a client cancels a confirmed booking with a represented model, the
following refund policy applies:

More than 7 days before booking:
Full refund of any deposit paid, minus administrative fees (10% of
deposit)

3-7 days before booking:
50% refund of deposit paid

Less than 3 days before booking:
No refund; full payment is due as cancellation fee

Day of booking:
No refund; full payment is due plus any additional costs incurred
4.2 Cancellation by Model
If a model cancels a confirmed booking:
- The client is entitled to a full refund of any payments made

The model may be subject to penalties as specified in their
representation agreement

The agency will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable
replacement model
4.3 Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions,
pandemics, etc.), both parties will work together to either:
- Reschedule the booking to a mutually agreeable date, or
- Issue a full refund of all payments made
5. Portfolio Development Services
5.1 Photography Session Cancellations
For professional photography sessions arranged through the agency:

Full refund minus 15% administrative fee

50% refund

No refund unless rescheduled
5.2 Dissatisfaction with Results
If you are dissatisfied with portfolio photography services:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving final images

We will review your concerns and may offer a complimentary reshoot if
quality standards were not met

Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if services
were not delivered as specified
6. Training and Workshop Fees
6.1 Cancellation Before Event

50% refund

6.2 Event Cancellation by Agency
If we cancel a training or workshop event:
- Participants receive a full 100% refund
- Or option to transfer registration to a rescheduled event
7. Payment Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged or have concerns about
payment:
- Contact us within 30 days of the charge
- Provide detailed information about the transaction
- We will investigate and respond within 10 business days
7.2 Resolution Process
Our dispute resolution process includes:
- Review of transaction details and service agreements
- Communication with all involved parties
- Good-faith attempt to reach mutually acceptable solution
- Issuance of refund if error is confirmed

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company,
please contact us directly. Most issues can be resolved quickly through

11.2 Chargeback Consequences
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue
with us may result in:
- Suspension of services
- Termination of representation (for models)
- Legal action to recover costs if chargeback is unjustified
12. Modification of Services
If we need to modify agreed services due to unforeseen circumstances:
- We will notify you as soon as possible
- Offer alternative solutions or comparable services
- Provide partial refund if modified services are of lesser value
- Offer full refund if modifications are unacceptable to you
13. Refunds for Misrepresentation
If we fail to deliver services as explicitly stated in written

payment applies to that transaction.
